How do I Return a Product? Refunds will be granted under our terms and conditions after we receive the item/s back within the 21 days from the date that you have received and tried the product. After the 21 days has expired we do not guarantee a full or partial refund.

Empty products are not considered for a refund. The product must be over 1/2 full to receive a refund.

Exchanges: To exchange an item that might be damaged, please return the item to the approved address below.

Exchanging for a Different Product
If you wish to swap your item/s for another item/s on our website at either website shown here or you may swap out an item and choose from our sister website please send a request in your return packet to the above address. Items can be swapped if they are over 1/2 full and not empty. Please proceed to our sister site below to view other denture adhesive brands and products, that we do not carry on

Always add a description of why the item/s did not work out for you along with your order number and your first and last name to your return or exchange your items, this helps us to identify the return & complete your exchange or refund in a timely manner.

NOTE: All items that are returned will go through a 5 business day check in process, after we have granted the refund we will issue you the credit back to your original payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow your credit card 3-5 days.
